Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original organic cotton bags and secure them in the eco-friendly mailer provided with your delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
